A playful, energetic pink-red sparkling wine from Alanna LaGamba.
A sparkling blend that merges red and rosé: Dornfelder, direct-pressed Pinot Noir, Müller-Thurgau and Riesling, in a composition that changes with each vintage. The wine ages in barrel before bottling and is bottled unfiltered and with no added sulfur. The nose reveals strawberry, red raspberry, pomegranate and a refreshing herbal hint; the palate has light bubbles, lively acidity and fine tannin, and the finish is dry and flows remarkably well.
