A refreshing field blend in a liter bottle, offering lively acidity and a creamy texture.
Four varieties (mostly white, with a little Zweigelt that provides the color) from a vineyard planted on saline, calcareous soil, harvested and fermented together. After skin contact of up to a week and gentle pressing, the wine ages in stainless steel. The nose reveals cranberry, lime and hibiscus; the palate has fresh acidity over a lightly creamy texture, and a dry, thirst-quenching finish. It comes in a liter bottle and is named after the family's nickname.
