יין המופק בעיקרו מהזן האוסטרי העתיק רוטר ולטלינר (80%) לצד מעט וולשריזלינג, פריהרוטר ולטלינר, גרונר ולטלינר וריזלינג מכרם גרניט. היין תוסס שבוע עם הקליפות במכלי עץ פתוחים, נסחט ומשלים תסיסה בנירוסטה. אחרי יותר משלוש שנים הוא מבוקבק ללא זיכוך, סינון או תוספת גופרית. התחושה באף היא של קליפת תפוז, תה שחור ומשמש מיובש; בחך מתובל ויבש, נשען על טאנין מהודק, חומציות טובה וסיומת ארוכה.

"Thus always to tyrants." A dry orange wine made purely from the ancient variety Roter Veltliner.
A wine made mainly from the ancient Austrian variety Roter Veltliner (80%), alongside a little Welschriesling, Frühroter Veltliner, Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, from a granite vineyard. The wine ferments for a week on the skins in open wooden vats, is pressed and finishes its fermentation in stainless steel. After more than three years it is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur. The nose suggests orange peel, black tea and dried apricot; the palate is spiced and dry, built on firm tannin, good acidity and a long finish.
