St. Laurent from the Parndorf Plateau. Dark fruit and a refined texture
An elegant St. Laurent from the gravel, sand and iron soils of the Parndorf Plateau (Parndorfer Platte), where the cool winds slow ripening and give the variety perfect conditions. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, aging in used wooden barrels and full malolactic fermentation, and is bottled without clarification or filtration. Abundant dark fruit on the nose alongside earthy and floral touches; on the palate, soft, well-integrated tannin leads to a fruity, balanced finish.
