A blend led by Grüner Veltliner, Weissburgunder and Sauvignon Blanc, harvested by hand, destemmed and spontaneously fermented on the skins. Through winter and spring the wine rests in used oak barrels, and it is bottled unfiltered. Its name, inspired by the band ABBA, reflects the aim: to make a light, joyful orange wine. Aromas of peach, ginger and tea on the nose; on the palate, a lean body and an energetic, fresh finish. Bellini!
