Wild strawberry, pomegranate and lime. A rosé with structure and cellaring potential
A blend led by Blaufränkisch, with a little Zweigelt and St. Laurent, from vines planted on loam and on sand. The grapes see brief skin contact, spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral wood. The nose reveals wild strawberry, pomegranate and lime, accompanied by wildflowers. On the palate the wine is flowing and soft yet well focused, with fresh acidity, a delicate texture and a finish more powerful than expected of a classic rosé.
