A deep pink, fruit-packed pét-nat made entirely from Dornfelder
Dornfelder grapes, hand-harvested and direct-pressed. The grapes ferment spontaneously in stainless steel without temperature control, and the wine is transferred to the bottle before the primary fermentation has finished. No disgorgement, unfiltered and no added sulfur. The Dornfelder variety gives a deep color and an abundance of natural dark fruit. The nose and palate are packed with cherry, raspberry, cranberry and watermelon, carried on fresh acidity, a light body and lively, refreshing bubbles.
