White and red pressed together. A light, bright pink, full of life
A Rotling – white and red grapes (Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir) from an exceptionally densely planted vineyard, pressed together. The grapes undergo seven days of whole-bunch carbonic maceration, gentle pressing and completion of fermentation in large oak barrels, followed by 15 months of aging on the lees. Bottled unfiltered and with no added sulfur. The nose reveals raspberry, strawberry, fresh herbaceousness and lime with a subtle hint of smoke; the palate is light-bodied, bright, graceful and full of life.
