Seven varieties from one mature vineyard, harvested and fermented together
A classic field blend: seven varieties planted together on a parcel of Sarmatian gravel, from vines more than 40 years old, harvested on the same day and fermented in the same vessel. The wine spends 12 hours on the skins and ages for eight months on the lees in stainless steel and old wood. The nose gives a multi-layered impression of meadow herbs, honeydew melon, apricot and almond; the palate is juicy and spiced with lemon balm and orange, and the finish is balanced and elegant.
