A juicy, wild blend made up of all the village's vineyards.
Hota, the local colloquial name for the vineyard land within the village's bounds, is a blend of all the winery's vineyards (Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, Merlot and Grüner Veltliner), in a composition that changes every year. The nose reveals black fruit, violets and pepper; the palate has a crisp structure, abundant juiciness and soft tannin, leading to a dry finish.
