Piri's Pét-Nat is the perfect aperitif drink - light, sparkling, fruity and fresh. Made using the méthode ancestrale where grapes are hand-harvested, direct-pressed, and fermented in stainless steel without temperature control. The wine is transferred to bottle before fermentation completes, so it finishes as pét-nat with natural bubbles. Not disgorged, unfined, unfiltered, zero SO₂ added. This means the wine has natural cloudiness and sediment - signs of life and authenticity. The consistency is juicy, sometimes changing glass to glass as it opens. The scent alone is seductive: so much flower! So much lime! Aromas: white flowers, lime, pear, peach, citrus, elderflower. Palate: light bubbles, fresh and vibrant, fruity with floral touch. Very tasty, incredibly easy to drink. Serve very cold (6-8°C) as aperitif, with light appetizers, seafood, or Asian cuisine. This is natural sparkle at its most joyful.
